Connect Site Care to your AI assistant

Site Care is an MCP server from A&K Works. Anyone can connect it for free, read-only website review tools: ask your assistant to review a site and it checks basics such as page titles, descriptions and links. It does not change your website.

Paying A&K Works clients get their own private server URL and token from A&K Works, which unlock tools for their own site.

ChatGPT

1. Turn on developer mode: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → Developer mode (needs a plan that supports it).
2. In Apps & Connectors, choose Create to add a custom connector.
3. Name it "A&K Works Site Care", paste https://care.akworks.app/mcp, and set authentication to No authentication.
4. In a new chat, enable the connector and ask: "Run a free site review of example.com".

Client-token access is not available in ChatGPT yet. Clients can use Claude, Cursor or another MCP client below.

Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop)

1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Name it "A&K Works Site Care" and paste https://care.akworks.app/mcp. Leave the OAuth fields empty.
3. Click Add, then turn it on in a chat from the tools menu.

Cursor

Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or .cursor/mcp.json in a project), then reload Cursor:

• Transport: Streamable HTTP, POST https://care.akworks.app/mcp (stateless, JSON responses).
• Free review: no authentication.
• Clients: https://care.akworks.app/mcp/<your-client-id> with header Authorization: Bearer <your-token>.
• Keep your token private. If it leaks, ask A&K Works for a new one.
